Window snapping
Snap windows to halves, thirds and corners from the keyboard.
What it is
Snap windows to halves, thirds and corners straight from the keyboard. No mouse, no dragging to screen edges.
How to use it
Open Supermac and type the layout you want — for example left half, right third, or top corner — then pick the window to place.
Window snapping works on the window you are currently using.
Permissions
Controlling window positions needs accessibility access. macOS asks for it the first time you snap a window — click Allow. You can review or change it any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
If snapping stops working after an update, see Troubleshooting.
